Assessment Day

Students were assessed over vocabulary words, vocabulary words in context and the reading selection “I Have Heard of a Land”, which focused on multiple meaning, word relationships and historical fiction. Pass Skills posted on Monday-Wednesday’s blogs were covered within the assessments.

Following testing, students worked on their moodle assignments which included a test tutor over word relationships, paraphrasing and generalizations, vocabulary match, a phonics review of the “AUGH” sounds and a comprehension assessment over a timed story to be read.

Leveled books were available to read when students completed their assessment and assignments.
