Reading we started with the question of the day.  We reviewed high-frequency words.  We identified the prefixes mis, re, and un in two syllble words.  We talked about the meanings of these prefixes.  (2.2a,understand base words/affixes)  We used vowel variant oo, ew, ui, ou, and other known letter sounds to spell and write words.  We used graphic aids to understand nonfiction selections.  W identified an author’s purpose.  We reviewed robust vocabulary words.  In grammar we wrote past tense verbs correctly in sentences.

Math we measured lengths in inches, feet, and yards.  We did practice pages 321-322.
