1st hour Clothing students began identifying natural fibers, students began watching a video on leather production, specifically the production of boots.

3rd hour Chemistry of Foods class worked in groups. one group created a video promoting Dairy products. Another group made Banana Bread for the School Board Meeting.

4th and 5th hour FACS 1  students Identified  the information found on a food label. Graphed the Percent Daily Valves and calulated the cost of a snack.

6th hour FACS 2 Students worked in groups to prepare fruit and vegetable products.

7th hour Family Living students identified myths about the elderly, and factors that affect sibling relationships.PASS Language Arts Pg 90 standard 2.2b  Language Arts pg 89 Standard 1.4
